This policy applies to personal AI assistants operated by Datawake ("we", "us") that send and receive text messages and phone calls on behalf of their owners.

What We Collect

Phone numbers of people who communicate with the assistant, and the content of those communications (text messages, voicemail transcriptions, call summaries).

How It's Used

Solely to facilitate conversations between the AI assistant and authorized contacts. Message content is processed by the AI to generate relevant responses, schedule reminders, and carry out tasks requested by the assistant's owner.

Third-Party Services

To provide the service, communication data is shared with:

Anthropic — AI model provider, for generating responses.
Twilio — Telephony provider, for call and message delivery.
ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis provider, for phone call audio.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your information to any other third parties or for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

Conversation history is retained to maintain the assistant's memory and context. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
