Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Messages are sent only when relevant to an active request, scheduled reminder, or ongoing conversation initiated by the recipient or the assistant's owner.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from the assistant. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
